BinBLOCK mounts on top of wheelie bin lid & prevents unintentional lifting of lid. The gravity weighted swivel latch hooks on the underside of bin lip preventing further lifting. However, when bin is lifted and tilted towards rubbish truck, latch swivels in an open position allowing lid to freely open and unloading waste.
